
Dynamic Administrative Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-time Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and manage confidential documents.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and pantry stock.
- Track and maintain office assets and equipment, coordinating repairs, procurements, and replacements as needed.
- Ensure that the office adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, providing necessary office orientation and support.
- Able to work 20 hours a week.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in relevant administrative or executive assistant role/s, with a strong track record of success.
- Expert-level proficiency in managing calendars, coordinating international travel, and handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction across all stakeholder levels.
