Job Title: Maintenance Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance equipment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation measures for every maintenance job in the plant.
  • Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
  • Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arise in the plant.

The successful candidate will assist the section head in identifying, planning, and reviewing training needs of the section, as well as reviewing and identifying spare requirements. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry.
