Service Equipment Specialist

To ensure seamless service delivery for ICU & Operating Room equipment, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with team members and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide routine maintenance and repair services at customer locations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Install, commission, calibrate, and test relevant equipment at customer sites according to industry standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any issues that may arise during service delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with service delivery, including handling customer complaints and providing maintenance support.
  • Meet key performance indicators assigned as an individual and for the Service department, fostering a professional working relationship with customers and colleagues through effective teamwork.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to clients, their staff, and end-users on proper equipment operation and usage.
  • Maintain a hardworking, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Candidates with a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
  • A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for industrial equipment is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • The ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines is essential.
  • Familiarity with hardware, testing, and commissioning processes is beneficial.
