About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing long- and short-term demand plans, analyzing sell-through rates, and providing input on forecast accuracy and performance versus budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for new and existing markets.
  • Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure KPI targets for BIAS and forecast accuracy are met.
  • Manage risks and opportunities for different regions and stay informed about market conditions and promotions.
  • Lead pre-commercial reviews, explaining sales forecast accuracy and performance analysis.
  • Support with analysis, planning, and reporting to ensure business insights and market demand fluctuations are understood.
  • Manage inventory projections and agreements with distributors.
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of demand planning experience.
