Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the process of exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders using Common Data Environment (CDE).

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects
  2. Updating and maintaining the BIM models and drawings
  3. Managing the process of exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.
  • Experience in managing the process of exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders using Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Strong understanding of building information modeling principles and best practices
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
