Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to maintain support for our conversational AI products. This role involves providing timely and effective support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our live products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Support: Provide timely support for live products, including ASR, QM, outbound call systems, and the Engage platform.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve product-related technical issues.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to engineering or product development teams when required.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Regularly monitor the performance of live products to detect potential issues before they impact users.
Requirements:
  • Experience using troubleshooting tools, logs, and ticketing systems.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in product support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical details for non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
