**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Attend to customers' vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical solutions, and quotations for consideration and acceptance.
  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate with service providers to meet customer demands.
  • Work with the workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services.
  • Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customers.
  • Raise technical queries to the Technical Team when unusual trends on vehicles are spotted.
  • Test drive with customers if necessary.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Submit Customer Incident Forms in the system to address customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers and solicit feedback on repairs, including scheduling for next service appointments.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have a passion for meeting people and customer service orientation.
  • Min Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma.
  • Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3).
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • 3 yrs in automotive experience or with experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Able to converse in other non-English speaking languages.
