Operations Manager

Guerilla Coffee is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-outlet operations. The successful candidate will have proven operational leadership, strong financial management skills, and hands-on experience in opening and scaling new outlets while building capable, motivated teams.

  • Full P&L ownership for all outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control (labour, COGS, wastage), revenue performance, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Lead outlet managers and teams to deliver operational efficiency, service excellence, and full SOP compliance.
  • Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement effective training programs.
  • Manage operational rhythms including opening, closing, audits, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee opening and setup of new outlets from pre-launch planning to operational handover.
  • Build and develop teams to support brand growth and multi-outlet performance.
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Workplace Safety, Health & Hygiene:
  • Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures set by SFA and the company.
  • Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and upkeep of cleanliness.
Education, experience and certificate requirements
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven multi-outlet management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in opening and scaling new outlets.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a growing, evolving business environment.
