Lead Healthcare Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and business units.
- This role will oversee daily operations, manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics
- Travel to different branches to improve workflow and assist with operations
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and strategic thinking. A recognized bachelor's degree or diploma in business, nursing, healthcare, or equivalent, or at least 5 years of experience in an operations setting or managing a large group of people is required.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee work processes, policies, directives, and SOPs
- Procure medication and supplies for operations
- Handle patient and client relations, complaints, and related matters

- Strong leadership skills and management competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role:
- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task, and work independently
- Flexible and able to attend to matters beyond normal office hours
Educational Requirements:
- A recognized bachelor's degree or diploma in business, nursing, healthcare, or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations setting or managing a large group of people
