Healthcare Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The role involves managing daily clinic operations to ensure optimal service delivery and patient satisfaction, as well as coordinating and supervising clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

  • Oversee patient appointment scheduling, registration, and billing processes
  • Liaise with medical professionals, administrative teams, and external vendors to support clinic functions
  • Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost control
  • Support compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency
  • Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient feedback, and operational issues

The ideal candidate will possess:

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations management, with supervisory experience advantageous
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
