Job Title

Healthcare Operations Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee day-to-day operations across various healthcare settings or service points.

  1. Manage and support patient services such as appointment scheduling, registration, billing, financial counselling, and service recovery.
  2. Partner with clinical and nursing teams to resolve operational issues and enhance patient experience.
  3. Develop, review, and implement workflows, SOPs, and process improvements to drive service excellence.
  4. Supervise, train, and guide staff to meet performance standards and service expectations.
  5. Monitor compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards.
  6. Provide operational and administrative support for projects, audits, and initiatives aimed at service enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree level in Business Administration/Healthcare Management or related studies.
  • 1-4 years of working experience in healthcare operations (hospital, clinic, or healthcare institution) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and frontline teams.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare digital tools such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and patient management platforms.
  • Exposure to automation, data analytics, or AI-driven tools for process improvement and service efficiency will be an advantage.
