We seek a Temporary Senior Executive to support our Admissions, Projects and Electives team.
Key Responsibilities- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Plan, organise and implement Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions interviews), managing offer and acceptance numbers to meet admissions targets.
- Scholarly Projects: Oversee smooth execution, source and manage projects from various stakeholders, administer records, collaborate with key partners, and ensure accurate mark submissions.
- Electives Administration: Manage the Incoming student elective programme, ensuring timely document submission, safe arrival and stay of overseas students, and maintaining strong relations with MOU partners.
Requirements include a recognised degree, proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications, experience with data management, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
This role offers a 6-month temporary contract.
