Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement, and compliance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Selection:
      • Post job advertisements and screen applications.
      • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and prepare job offers and employment contracts.
    • Onboarding & Offboarding:
      • Prepare new hire documentation and conduct orientation.
      • Maintain employee personal files and HR system records.
    • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
      • Assist in monthly payroll processing and administer staff benefits.
      • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
    • HR Administration & Employee Relations:
      • Draft HR letters and handle employee enquiries on HR matters and policies.
      • Support staff welfare, engagement activities, and training programs.
    • Compliance & Reporting:
      • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
      • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Other Duties:
      • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
