This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the office are clean and sanitized on a daily basis. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash bins.
- Room Setup and De-Setup: Arrange chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment as needed for meetings and events.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Replenish cleaning supplies, respond to maintenance requests, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Two years' experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of offices, equipment, and facilities upkeep.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Able to work weekends when required.
