Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Oversee salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and any payroll deductions (taxes, retirement contributions, insurance premiums, etc.).
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal HR and recruitment, compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Strong communication and engaging skills, with the ability to project a high level of professionalism when engaging with candidates, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize hiring positions and work independently.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and adaptive environment.
Benefits:
