Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Executive to lead and oversee the management of the clubhouse facility maintenance team at SINGAPORE ISLAND COUNTRY CLUB, THE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the maintenance team and will be accountable for the departmental operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of the facility maintenance department and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Manage contracts for external vendors and contractors to ensure optimal service delivery.
  3. Ensure that operations are staffed appropriately with resources to meet the needs of club members.
  4. Direct and coordinate activities to manage the club's facility maintenance operations, aligning with established goals, objectives, and policies.
  5. Ensure that activities meet and integrate with the club's requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, and environmental policies.
  6. Optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency and ensure excellent service quality.
  7. Maintain excellent relationships with members by attending to their concerns promptly.
  8. Prepare and monitor the annual budget and expenses for the facility maintenance department.
  9. Review and analyze financial results and reports to monitor overall club performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  10. Prepare and evaluate RFQ/SOQ and tender proposals using the club's procurement system.
  11. Plan, budget, implement, and monitor overall maintenance-related facilities development to align with the club's initiatives.
  12. Review and set design standards for improving the overall ambiance and quality of the club and environment.
  13. Provide technical assistance to the Operations Department on coordinating day-to-day club activities.
  14. Oversee the planning, reviewing, and implementation of facility maintenance department policies and procedures.
  15. Support decision-making on matters such as employment, termination, promotion, transfer, reward, or discipline of subordinates.
  16. Lead and manage maintenance department quality control measures through systematic checks, inspections, periodic reviews, and audits.
  17. Focus on maximizing people-management resources on processes that attract, retain, and develop people to meet the club's future business unit needs.
  18. Involved in the club's repair and maintenance plans where facility maintenance is concerned.
