Job Title: Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.

Job Summary:

The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front office operations, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception counter, handle walk-in stakeholders, and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Distribute and collect documents, including surveys, NRIC, graduation certificates, and application forms.
  • Update student records in the system and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.
  • Provide basic first aid as needed and attend to students arriving at the sick bay.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' or 'N' Level Certificates
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior working experience in schools is preferred
Working Hours:

The Front Office Assistant will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the team and clients.
