Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and be able to drive business growth through insightful findings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs for various business functions.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis from large datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing ETL processes and troubleshooting reporting pipeline issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Support automated reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and deliver insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and product trends.


**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or similar quantitative disciplines.
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g., R, SQL), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analysis of large datasets.
* Strong interpersonal skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences.
