Mobility Enforcement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to carry out investigations at sites and take enforcement actions against individuals who import small mobility vehicles without a valid import permit.
The successful candidate will conduct interviews to gather evidence from different parties, including members of the public, and put up reports of offence against offenders. They will also be responsible for inspecting locations/sites for compliance, monitoring violations trends, and managing public feedback related to the import of small mobility vehicles and other enforcement-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, criminology or business administration
- At least 1 year working experience in enforcement and/or service industry
- Knowledge in investigations and enforcement
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to meet people and possess good customer service skills
- Bilingual with good analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Class 3 driving licence
