Children's Outreach Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Outreach Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will play a vital role in supporting the design, coordination, and impact tracking of our ongoing programs for children and families from low-income backgrounds.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and execute weekly reading clubs, literacy and academic programs, family welfare initiatives, and events for community engagement and outreach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and conceptualize charitable programs that address those needs.
  • Create detailed program plans, outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of charitable programs.
  • Regularly collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Public Administration, Events Organizing or a related field with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, social services, or community development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in volunteer coordination or event management is a plus.
  • Passion to make a meaningful impact on the organization and community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
