**Job Title:** Caregiver Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Leader to join our team. As a key member of our infant care staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and safe environment for infants to thrive.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and caring for infants, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere, promoting age-appropriate development, and prioritizing the safety and hygiene of all children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a nurturing and inviting atmosphere where infants can feel safe and secure.
  • Emphasize the principles of respect, reciprocity, and responsiveness when interacting with infants.
  • Promote holistic development through stimulating activities and age-appropriate learning experiences.
  • Prioritize the safety and hygiene of all children, ensuring a clean and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, actively engaging in parent discussion groups.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven passion for teaching and caring for infants.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.
