We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Educator to join our team.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants aged 2 months to 17 months. This includes ensuring their safety and well-being while under our care, working together with parents in assessing children's developmental growth, and implementing centre programmes and new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional childcare and educational experiences to infants
- Collaborate with parents to monitor children's development and progress
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Implement centre programmes and initiatives to promote learning and development
- Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Positive working attitude and drive to nurture early learners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
- EY1/EY2 LON from ECDA
- Experience working with young children
The centre operates Monday to Friday, 7am to 7:30pm, and Saturdays, 7am to 2pm. The ideal candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts and weekends.
