Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital exchange, driving innovation and growth, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Integrity and Functionality: Ensure that the Digital Exchange operates with integrity and efficiency, maintaining a fair and transparent market environment.
  • Participant Management: Monitor and manage participant accounts, identifying and addressing any abnormalities or issues that may arise.
  • Alert Management: Respond promptly to alerts and notifications, investigating and resolving any technical or operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalation procedures for any breaches or breaks in the system, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in managing complex technical systems, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Operational Experience: A strong understanding of business operations, with experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
