Role Overview

We seek a skilled Technical Leadership Expert to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping technical decisions that impact multiple teams, establishing conventions and processes, handling multi-team initiatives, applying industry best practices, communicating complex technical issues, mentoring others, and partnering with product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Makes strategic technical decisions affecting multiple teams, crossing organizational boundaries.
  • Establishes and enforces conventions and processes to be followed by other employees.
  • Handles multiple, multi-team initiatives simultaneously, utilizing judgment to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Stays up-to-date on evolving industry capabilities and practices, applying this knowledge to drive optimal results.
  • Effectively communicates technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Serves as a mentor, spreading their behavior, principles, and knowledge to improve the technical skills of other employees.
  • Collaborates with product management to develop solutions to business problems and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
