Job Overview
The Operation Admin Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and collation of reports for management using Microsoft Access and Outlook 365.
  • Utilize AutoCount software to facilitate invoicing and back-of-house logistics between Sales and Warehousing teams.
  • Prepare invoices, picking lists and stock releases from the warehouse to salespersons.
  • Provide support to customers on ice cream freezer related issues.
  • Coordinate and liaise with related parties on the installation, withdrawal, repair and maintenance of ice cream freezers.
  • Compile monthly inventory and overall stock movement (Freezer) reports.
  • Multitask and prioritize workload while adapting to changing procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
  • Minimum O level qualification with 1 year relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
