This position involves supporting the administration and operational needs of our Graduate Medical Education team. Key responsibilities include providing logistical and administrative support to the Programme Office and Residency Programmes.
Your tasks will also involve facilitating residency funding administration, faculty development initiatives and survey management. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports and information required by the GME Headquarters office and other stakeholders.
You will also perform liaison duties to ensure efficient and effective management of the Programme Office and Residency Programmes, including providing secretariat support when necessary.
RequirementsWe are seeking an individual with a diploma in any discipline who has at least 2 years' working experience. Prior work experience in a healthcare setting or training environment is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
