Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical residency accreditation standards.
  • Participate in daily management of educational activities and provide administrative assistance to the Programme Director.
  • Ensure a suitable number of trained faculty members and promote a positive learning environment for residents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or training industries preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
