The Pharmacy Residency Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the pharmacy residency program. They ensure compliance with program policies, coordinate recruitment and selection processes, and manage program schedules and evaluations.- Update employment details and work locations for pharmacists undergoing training before employment.-
- Maintain an updated list of qualified supervisors in the professional registration system.- Collect and handle letters of commitment.- Match supervisors with trainees for local training and registration of pharmacists.- Initiate and handle assessment reports from supervisors and multiple assessors.- Aid the committee in creating a new set of skills for trainee pharmacists.- Assist in the process of recertifying training centers.- Provide administrative support for the Pharmacy Residency Accreditation Committee.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any discipline- Preferably with experience in administrative work- Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skillsWorking Days (5-day work week)

Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)

Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Work Location: Kim Keat Road

Contract: 6 months

**Salary**: $13 - $17/hr
