Key Leadership Role in Revenue Growth


Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished revenue leader to play a pivotal role in driving business success through innovative revenue management strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing revenue-generating initiatives that align with our business objectives.


  • Demand Analysis: Drive room rate optimization, yield, and conversion targets by analyzing market trends and implementing effective pricing strategies.
  • Revenue Strategy Formulation: Formulate and execute revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy rates, managing overbookings, tracking promotional offers, and analyzing related data points.
  • Leadership & Communication: Lead revenue meetings, generate reports, and provide analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with third-party distributors to ensure compliance with our standards and rules.
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance and upskill our Reservations and Front Office teams on sales and marketing competencies.
  • Reporting & Special Projects: Prepare and complete regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as take on special projects, including market and business analysis.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 7 to 10 years' experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry, and/or with pre-opening experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, preferably in a similar capacity and in prime cities in hotels of similar standards.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven revenue leader with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic decision-making. They must also be a collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Reservations and Front Office teams.
