As a Project Management Leader, your role will encompass...

Overseeing the execution of projects within Banking and/or Financial Services sectors, potentially engaging with multiple clients and, if necessary, providing support for international projects; Assisting in business development initiatives, collaborating with Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to create proposals for practice-related opportunities; Identifying avenues for Sia Partners to enhance their services for current clients; Establishing and nurturing your own professional networks externally; Contributing to thought leadership by participating in blogs and developing Sia Partners' resources, including methodologies and tools; Aiding in marketing efforts and enhancing the external visibility of Sia Partners across various social platforms; Promoting personal learning and expertise in specialized subjects while assisting Senior Consultants in enhancing their knowledge and consulting abilities within the practice; Engaging in Project/Program Management related delivery; Leading projects and teams as the project/program manager, demonstrating meticulousness and a hands-on approach when necessary; Collaborating closely with other teams within Sia Partners to facilitate information sharing; Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues to enhance their performance and development; Cultivating your specific service expertise.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

What qualifications and experience are we seeking?

7-9 years of experience in Management Consulting, particularly from a reputable, top-tier consulting firm in the financial services or banking sector; Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Financial Markets, or Insurance; Extensive experience in project management; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; A keen interest and experience in business development;
