Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently is crucial to this role.
  • Providing top-notch service with a smile is vital in making our guests feel valued.
  • Attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience is key to building loyalty.
  • Assisting in table clearing, resetting, and turnover is essential to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth operations is vital to achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional manner is necessary for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting any ad-hoc tasks or side duties as assigned by supervisors demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A 5.5-day work week is required. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
