As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will lead impactful procurement strategies within the chemical industry.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing domestic and international procurement processes.

Your key responsibilities include identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and enhancing sourcing procedures to achieve improved cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Your expertise in chemical procurement, vendor management, and global sourcing will be instrumental in this role, particularly if you are proficient in Hindi, English, and Mandarin.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard suppliers from India and abroad, conduct market research for new sourcing opportunities, and ensure smooth import/export operations in coordination with logistics and compliance teams.

Utilizing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software for tracking and reporting purposes is also essential in fulfilling your responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard reliable suppliers from India and abroad
  • Conduct market research to discover new sourcing opportunities
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance
  • Ensure smooth import/export operations in coordination with logistics and compliance teams
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software for tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet procurement goals
  • Represent the company in vendor meetings, audits, and trade shows

Required Skills:
Years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in chemicals or related industries- Proficiency in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and global trade- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools- Strong understanding of international sourcing and chemical trade compliance- Fluency in Hindi and English; Mandarin is mandatory- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments

Additional Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience working with Chinese, Taiwanese, or international suppliers
  • Exposure to global trade exhibitions or supplier audits
  • Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and import/export documentation
