Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our expansion into the Southeast Asian market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Brand Presence: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to increase visibility across the Southeast Asian market.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to assess conditions, predict trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a database of potential clients and partners in identified markets, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Develop compelling content for written and verbal communication platforms, delivering engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies.
  • Tender Process Support: Provide strategic support in reviewing and preparing tenders, leading and participating in bid interviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in a Retail fit-out/Commercial interior design firm.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies.
  • Interior designing knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal, presentation skills and resourceful in seeking new projects/customers.
