Job Title: Data Governance Specialist
">A seasoned professional with a knack for data management is sought after by our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies;
- Support regulatory compliance, such as MAS and BCBS 239;
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to manage data quality, metadata, and lineage;
- Utilize tools like Collibra and Alteryx for data governance and reporting automation;
- Document Key Data Elements (KDEs), data flows, and governance processes;
- Coordinate across regions and projects for consistent governance rollout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data management, governance within banking or financial services;
- Strong foundational skills in communication, documentation, logical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration;
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (MAS, BCBS 239);
- Experience with Collibra or Alteryx, background in KDE management, metadata, or regulatory reporting automation is a plus.
