About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a TCM Clinic Receptionist / Herbalist. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician in their day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the TCM Physician with day-to-day clinic operations, including answering phone calls, responding to customer queries, and scheduling appointments.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Dispense medication to patients as required.
- Collect patient information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related field (e.g., herbalism).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with medical software and technology.
