Job Title: Scaffolder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team. As a Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding on construction sites.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance on scaffold installation, offering hands-on labor support, and ensuring that scaffolding structures meet safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in scaffolding work or a similar construction-related role.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues during scaffold installations and suggest immediate solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other workers.
