Job Summary

As a seasoned construction expert, you will oversee the successful completion of projects on time, within scope and to exceptional quality standards. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage teams and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of construction projects in accordance with client requirements.
  • Lead a team of professionals and technical staff to achieve daily operations goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee subcontractors to guarantee they meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.

Requirements:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA is mandatory. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is also essential.

This role demands excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and oversee subcontractors.
