We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Strategist to join our team at Pierre Fabre Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies for our Skincare and Haircare categories.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute merchandising plans to increase sell-out and market share for our brands
* Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of merchandising elements
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
* Work closely with marketing team to develop and implement product launch and merchandise display strategies
* Oversee allocation, replenishment, and merchandise control of categories

Requirements

* Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, or Business
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
* Beauty industry and drugstores experience is an asset
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on results
* Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
* High Excel competency
* Good communication skills in English
