We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent analytical skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, data entry, and generating monthly financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and efficient cash flow
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate monthly sales reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for financial tracking
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting in Singapore firms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
