Inventory Optimization Professional

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Optimization Specialist to monitor and analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and storage capacity to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop strategies to maximize warehouse efficiency and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.

  • Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials while preventing overstocking.

  • Track and report key metrics, including inventory days on hand, stock-out frequency, and order fulfillment accuracy.

  • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory control and material handling.

  • Support the implementation of digital tools for better inventory visibility and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations.

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of inventory-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
