Digital Ambassador Job Summary

This role is a 3-month contract position as a Digital Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating IDs, assisting customers with App+ downloads and navigation, and providing guidance on microsite usage.

  • Help customers navigate digital platforms and troubleshoot issues
  • Show customers how to use digital tools and resources
  • Manage customer queries and provide support through various channels
  • Assist with transactions and perform tasks related to prepaid top-ups
  • Address all other customer inquiries and provide solutions
