About the Role
This is a full-time position that will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates for current and future roles within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to maintain a pipeline of top talent by leveraging market research and industry trends to forecast hiring needs and build relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
* Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates for current and future roles within the firm.
* Maintain a pipeline of top talent, leveraging market research and industry trends to forecast hiring needs and build relationships with candidates.
* Assist in workforce planning by understanding current and future business needs, aligning recruitment efforts with those needs.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement talent management strategies that support the company's growth and organizational objectives.
* Ensure recruitment processes adhere to best practices, continuously refining sourcing techniques and candidate experience.
* Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations in Southeast Asia and ensure all recruitment and employee management activities comply with relevant laws.
