About the Role:
The Resident Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dormitory, ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment for residents. This includes managing resident records, coordinating room allocations, and maintaining communication with staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dormitory records and documentation, including incident reports and maintenance logs;
• Coordinate room allocations with administrative staff;
• Maintain clear and open communication with residents, staff, and management;
• Ensure compliance with in-house rules and regulations;
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise within the dormitory;
• Keep records of dormitory occupancy and provide reports to management;
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Basic knowledge of facilities management and maintenance procedures;
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures;
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Working Conditions:
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
• Spend most of the time working at a desk or office setting;
• Travel to different locations may be required;
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours;
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds;
• Be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications;
