Residential Operations ManagerThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services to residents.Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff to ensure efficient upkeep of the premises.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Engage in regular maintenance, repairs and improvement projects to maintain high standards.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee expenditure and financial records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies.
  • Administration: Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management.
  • Mature and independent with ability to lead team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office and IT savvy.
  • Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects a plus.
  • Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence.
