About The Role

System Support Engineers are responsible for delivering technical support and troubleshooting services to customers. This involves providing expert assistance with configuring voice/network peripherals, VoIP/cloud PABX, network switches, and other related systems.

The role requires a proactive approach and positive attitude to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, it involves continuous acquisition and update of product knowledge to align with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and managing voice/network peripherals, VoIP/cloud PABX, network switches, and other related systems.
  • Providing helpdesk and remote support to customers.
  • Onsite technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Validating system design documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data projects.
  • Experience in supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, and LAN/VoIP systems is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge in IT and communication systems/PABX is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Alcatel, Mitel, and Yeastar PABX systems will be beneficial.
