Job Overview

The Healthcare Operations Executive is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for planning, developing and managing resources to meet departmental objectives in patient care delivery. This executive will serve as the operations interface across all hospital services and functional units, working closely with the Operations Manager and Heads of Department (HODs) to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in servicing the Heads of Department (HODs).
  • Plan, develop and manage resources within the department(s) to meet the department's/hospital's objectives in delivery of patient care.
  • Provide timely departmental performance reporting and implement initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A degree holder.
  • Proficiency in word processing, data management (e.g., Excel) and presentation (e.g., PowerPoint) systems.
  • Relevant work experience in customer service, project management or operations would be preferred.
