The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have basic computer knowledge. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive guidance to ensure a smooth transition into this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate stock orders from suppliers and accurately track inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing returns, refunds, and resolving any issues efficiently
