Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

The Financial Operations Assistant will be accountable for:

  • Process ing financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, with precision and speed.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial data within the accounting system, ensuring timely updates and reconciliations.

  • Support the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets, as required by management.

  • Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure seamless execution of financial processes.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks, as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Finance or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to start immediately.
