Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to fill the role of Accounting Support Specialist.

This position plays a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless business operations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain electronic files of invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents.

You will also be responsible for processing invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, as well as tracking and reconciling any billing discrepancies or disputes.

In addition, you will need to accrue expenses, prepare journal entries, and assist in preparing financial reports.

Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Higher NITEC qualification in Accounting or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently with strong organizational skills.
