Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to support our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily financial operations, including data entry and updating financial records.
  • Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Perform basic reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and documentation.
  • Help maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team.
